Electronic voting for directors to fill two open seats will be conducted during this period using an electronic ballot displaying the names of candidates that are received by the close of nominations.

The seats up for election in 2025 are currently occupied by Mark Dunbar and Carl Bortol. The remaining board members are Corey Taylor, Karoly Mirnics and Jana Wheatley-Renault, whose seats will be up in 2026, and Janet Pol and Don Hansen, whose seats will be up in 2027.

To vote in a West Shores board election, lot owners must have an Electronic Voter Designee form on file, which is available on the Neighbors Only page of the website. Each residential lot has only one designee and only one vote. You can also review a current list of designees and verify that your lot designee is current on the Neighbors Only page as well.
