Section 1 — New here? Create your account
For members who received an invitation email, or anyone joining for the first time.
Check your email for your invitation
It comes from hoaboard@westshoreslake.com with the subject “You’re Invited to Join West Shores Lake.”

Tap “Create My Account”
The button in the email takes you straight to the signup page for West Shores.
Enter your invite code
Type or paste the code from your email. The moment the full code is in, it checks itself and fills in your name, lot, and contact info automatically.

Choose how you’ll sign in
Google, Apple, or email + password (6 characters minimum). Pick whichever you’ll actually remember.
Done — you’re pre-approved
Invited members skip the approval wait. Your dashboard is live immediately.
Section 2 — Sign in from your community website
Already set up? Here is the everyday way in.
Go to westshoreslake.com
Your community website is the front door for everything: news, events, documents, and your member account.

Open the menu and tap “Member Login”
On your phone it’s in the menu at the top right; on a computer it’s the button in the top corner.

Use Google or Apple if your email lives there (one tap, no password to remember), or your email and password.

You’re in
You’ll land on your Member Dashboard: your lot, your dues, your boats, and community updates in one place.

Section 3 — What you can do once you’re in
The everyday stuff, from either the website or your dashboard.
Pay your dues
Pay any open dues or retrieve your current and past invoices — it all lives under Billing in your dashboard. Online payment is being connected now; your board will announce the moment it is live.
Register your boat
Menu → “Register My Boat.” Add photos and insurance once; renewals and reminders happen automatically.

RSVP to events, read news, find neighbors
Events, News, and the Member Directory are all in your dashboard sidebar. Choose what shows about you in the Directory from your profile.
Update your info
Your profile (name, phone, directory preferences, notification settings) lives under Profile & Settings — including your lots.

Section 4 — Quick fixes
The three things that solve most problems.
Can’t sign in?
Try “Forgot password” first. Still stuck after a reset? Wait five minutes and try again — repeated attempts pause sign-in briefly for security.
Didn’t get an email?
Check spam/junk, then add hoaboard@westshoreslake.com to your contacts and ask your board to resend.
Something looks wrong?
A hard refresh fixes most display oddities: hold Shift and click reload on a computer, or close and reopen your browser on a phone.
