WATER QUALITY TESTING

HOA contracts with Nebraska Lakes to perform a multi-month collection and reporting of water quality. The report is provided to the HOA at the end of the year after all the samples have been analyzed. Upon receipt, we post it to the website

Testing was performed prior to 2018, but there was no structure to the reporting protocol. Some tests were performed by the environmental committee and some by individual board members. There was no regular time interval observed by any previous HOA board. Most of those tests were manual collection of lake water and delivery to Midwest Labs for analysis by either a board member or environmental committee member. The results of those tests were discussed during meetings and if no further action was required that is where it ended.
