The West Shores HOA annual lot owners’ meeting was held on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at A View at West Shores. The social hour began at 6 pm, with a cash bar. The meeting began at 7 pm. The meeting was broadcasted by zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81432204575 (no login required).

Note: 2024 HOA dues are $850 per lot.
BOARD MEMBER ELECTIONS
There were THREE candidates for the TWO open board seats. Each lot had one vote, and all votes were cast electronically by the Electronic Voting Designee appointed by the owners of each lot.
The election began at 7:30 pm on January 2 with an email and text to all Electronic Voting Designees. Candidate statements can be found here. The election was concluded at 7:30 pm on January 10, 2024 which is 30 minutes into the annual lot owners meeting. We received 171 votes. Don Hansen was re-elected as a HOA Board member, and Janet Pol was elected as a new HOA Board member.

ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES
On other required vote on the electronic ballot is the approval of the meeting minutes from the annual lot owner’s meeting that occurred last year, on January 10, 2023. Those are data capturing the 2022 year-end status. Those minutes and materials can be found at our HOA Board Minutes page.
